Our courses are held during the dates indicated on the page of each course and are intended for all types of people: beginners, intermediate and advanced. In all of them, the materials and the use of tools are included, so you do not have to bring anything.

These are some rules that help the activities to develop in harmony, both for those who attend the classes and for those who teach them. Suggestions are welcome.
Course payment
Registration is formalized with a reservation whose amount is indicated on the page of each course and the payment of which is made online.
Non-attendance at classes does not imply non-payment of the course fee or the discount of classes not taken.
The price of the courses includes all the necessary material. There are no extra costs.
Recovery or loss of courses
It is necessary to notify at least 15 days in advance of your withdrawal from the course so that someone can take your place and it is not lost.
When you cannot attend a course and want to recover it, you must notify at least 15 days in advance to be able to maintain the registration and payment made. Otherwise, the course is lost. Notices must be by email, WhatsApp or SMS.
The registration fee is not refundable. If you notify 15 days before the course, it can be changed to the next date of the same course.
The recovery of the courses is not the obligation of the workshop, it is the responsibility of the client to properly manage its recovery.
The courses can be recovered in the next edition of said course, which may or may not be in the current year.
Whoever has to leave before the end of the course, or arrives late, will not have the right to recover the missing minutes.
Course changes and cancellations
The workshop reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the course if there is not the minimum number of students. In both cases, and if the student cannot attend the new scheduled date, the reservation payment will be fully refunded.
If for any reason beyond our control the workshop had to cancel the course, we would notify you via the email received and a full refund would be made.
Material
The work done must be removed immediately after the end of the course. The workshop will keep forgotten items for a maximum of one (1) month after the end of the course. After that, we cannot be held responsible for them.
Special agreements
In special cases, we can always try to reach an agreement, trying to ensure that the solutions benefit both parties.
Shipping policy
We only sell face-to-face courses, therefore, no shipping is done.
Payment methods
