Dialogue with three sages is formalized remembering what Ramon Llull wrote in the 13th century in the Book of gentile and the three sages1, where Jews, Christians and Muslims share the same land that they all consider theirs. This major problem throughout much of our history seems more actual today than ever. At a time when land (or resources) are disputed by western powers and disunity, inequalities and authoritarianism are prevailing, the words of this Majorcan philosopher contribute to developing a new understanding of fraternity and mutual respect, through interreligious and intercultural dialogue. One of the principles was the ontological correlation between truth and goodness, wisdom and love: you cannot have one without the other. In other words, truth cannot be without goodness.

The earth – the stone – contains historical memory since the beginning of times. Dialogue with three sages are three dry stone megaliths in cohesion with the area of the old town of Gósol, using its stones. Here, the stone is a guide for the recovery of faith, essential in the act of encounter, of dialogue. In the words of Raimon Panikkar2, “true dialogue frees us from human fragmentation, […] it is the communal search for human purpose and cooperation to fulfil the very destiny of the universe.” The gift of authentic dialogue is that it allows us to leave ourselves and trust in the other: enter the mystery that is life and take our part.
